Employers can register for the Open Door Programme (ODP) to tap on employment support services such as: – Recruitment, job placement and job support services; – Job Redesign Grant to support workplace modifications; – Training Grant to send employees for training; and – Employer Development Grant to help companies build in-house capabilities to support employees with disabilities.
