Ms Chong Ee Rong is a board director and fractional executive with governance and operating experience across publicly-listed companies, private enterprises, and national institutions.

Her board portfolio includes Independent Director of Jollibee Foods Corporation (PSE-listed), where she chairs the Corporate Governance Committee, and board roles at ShopBack, HMI Medical Group, and NS Square Ltd. She also serves as Operating Advisor to UltraGreen.ai (SGX-listed). Alongside her directorships, she advises private equity-backed businesses on commercial strategy, brand transformation, and organisational growth.

Her executive career spans Group Managing Director at Ogilvy Singapore and Deputy Managing Director (Commercial) at Raffles Medical Group, where she built direct experience scaling organisations across marketing services and healthcare in Asia.

Ee Rong brings to the Foundation a belief in the role business can play in building stronger communities, and a governance practice grounded in both commercial leadership and institutional service.
