Kong Wan Sing is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at JustCo.  As the driving force behind the company’s vision to make work better, Wan Sing started JustCo with a mission to reinvent commercial real estate.   

A tireless champion of the hybrid working model, Wan Sing grew the business from its founding base in Singapore to a regional network across the Asia Pacific. 

He has since built a diverse and passionate team of multi-cultural talent focused on delivering the future of work, including providing a seamless experience across the Group’s physical and digital assets. Wan Sing’s firm belief in property technology as the key to unlock more value in the industry sets JustCo apart from other players in the region.    

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay, Wan Sing holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York University, Stern School of Business with a double major in Finance and Information Systems.  

Wan Sing was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Workspace Solutions Category in 2019 and Winner of the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA), Professional & Business Services Category in 2018.
