Walk for Work 2025 is the inaugural charity walk by the SBF Foundation in support of EmployWell - our flagship initiative to reintegrate vulnerable individuals into the workforce while addressing manpower challenges faced by businesses. This fundraising initiative aims to mobilise the business community to champion inclusive hiring practice, foster a more inclusive and resilient society through collective action, and magnify corporate purpose as a force for good in business.

The session focused on the critical role of business leadership in driving social impact and reaffirmed our collective commitment to building a more inclusive and resilient community through strategic philanthropy.
The EmployWell Impact Trail was an interactive exhibition featuring 10 inclusive exhibition partners, allowing corporate participants to explore how organisations can transform inclusivity into meaningful employment opportunities for vulnerable communities.
To drive awareness of inclusive hiring, a Lucky Draw incentivised corporate participants to actively engage with the Impact Trail, with prizes sponsored by Singapore Airlines, Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, and Kulnari Mystery Golf.
Fringe activities included the LinkedIn Photo Challenge, where participants were invited to share memorable moments of their experience on LinkedIn. By using the official hashtag #WalkforWork2025, five winners with the most engaging posts each received an e-Voucher courtesy of CapitaLand.
With the support of our business community, the inaugural charity walk raised 1.48 million from 30 corporate donors and mobilised more than 1,000 employees from 40 companies to walk for inclusive hiring.
